Responsibilities
- Manage the stability and production operations of AML training, inference, and storage systems.
- Operate scheduling and orchestration pipelines, Kubernetes/GPU clusters, distributed training, online inference serving, and ParameterServer/NoSQL storage.
- Build and maintain SLO/SLA governance, observability, alerting, on-call processes, fault diagnosis, auto-healing, disaster recovery, and post-mortem processes.
- Develop engineering excellence capabilities including canary releases, auto-rollback, automated inspections, pre-flight checks, capacity forecasting, and elastic auto-scaling.
- Govern GPU, CPU, storage, and network resources through quota management, cost attribution, and performance tuning.
- Drive resolution of complex production issues across cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Linux and proficiency in at least one of Shell, Python, Go, or C++.
- Understanding of machine learning training and inference architectures, Kubernetes, GPU clusters, or distributed storage systems.
- Proven experience with online troubleshooting, performance analysis, and building automation platforms.
- Strong responsibility, logical thinking, and cross-functional issue-resolution skills.
- Experience with large-scale training, inference, or storage platforms, SLO governance, FinOps, NoSQL, or open-source infrastructure is preferred.
