Responsibilities
- Build product features, prototypes, and demos using modern AI coding tools and agents.
- Turn ideas into working demonstrations and help improve their reliability, scalability, and production readiness.
- Direct, evaluate, and control AI coding agents to increase engineering output.
- Collaborate with founders and senior engineers across product, engineering, and strategy.
- Explore new AI development workflows and contribute to experimentation, speed, and quality.
Requirements
- Regularly build with AI tools and provide examples of projects, repositories, demos, prototypes, or technical experiments.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, AI agents, and agentic development workflows.
- Learn by building, ship frequently, and demonstrate strong technical curiosity.
- Work independently and comfortably take on real responsibility in a fast-moving environment.
- Preferred qualifications include creating AI or software development content, starting an initiative, maintaining a deeply engaging side project, experimenting with automations or developer tools, or having interest in AI infrastructure, enterprise AI, governance, or agentic systems.
