Base Salary
$210k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build autonomous restaurant operations software and develop new interaction models between operators and software.
- Build and maintain mission-critical systems spanning ordering, kitchens, delivery, fulfillment, and guest experience.
- Work with real-time data loops and improve revenue outcomes by reducing support tickets and churn.
- Own workflows end-to-end and directly influence restaurant revenue and reputation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience, including meaningful time shipping customer-facing product features.
- Experience with React and Next.js and/or Node.js, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience building systems end-to-end; workflow orchestration, automation systems, or AI agents experience is a plus.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with product, design, and business teams.
- Strong ownership, communication, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
