Responsibilities
- Translate HVI team challenges into practical technical solutions using AI-assisted coding tools.
- Build and maintain internal tools, dashboards, automations, and production-grade workflows.
- Prototype solutions rapidly and convert manual standard operating procedures into documented automated processes.
- Automate repetitive consultant tasks and validate solutions against real data before production use.
- Review AI-generated code and prompts for suitability, security, reliability, and compliance.
- Track and document work through Jira and Confluence while staying current with AI coding tools.
Requirements
- Proven ability to build working tools, scripts, or automations with AI-assisted coding tools.
- Practical experience with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Claude and other LLM-based tools.
- Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or an equivalent language.
- Hands-on experience with Git, plus basic SQL and database knowledge.
- Experience with data handling, APIs, web scraping, or workflow automation tools such as Power Automate or Zapier.
- Strong prompt engineering skills and experience using AI tools for document analysis, summarization, or structured report generation.
- Familiarity with Linux, networking, or cloud computing is preferred.
- Experience or exposure to regulatory, legal, compliance, or intelligence environments is preferred.
- Fluency in English, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 365, and the ability to collaborate effectively are required.
