Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio and Cloud Connect.
- Create integrations across HR, Legal, and other internal service platforms using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Manage the integration lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
- Monitor integration reliability and performance, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Maintain documentation and controls for compliance with SOX and GDPR.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and leverage new platform features.
Requirements
- Experience in designing and supporting integrations for SaaS or enterprise platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies for managing work and delivering outcomes.
- Technical knowledge of SQL, JSON, and secure API integrations.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with enterprise platforms like Workday, ServiceNow, or Salesforce.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
