Responsibilities
- Build, scale, and ensure the seamless deployment of the Customer Success platform.
- Design robust code, optimize system performance, and maintain underlying Platform Intelligence structures.
- Collaborate with technical leads, managers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable product features.
- Deliver complex software systems from development through production.
Requirements
- Proven commercial experience working as a Software Engineer.
- Strong foundations in object-oriented programming, databases, and microservice architectures.
- Experience delivering complex web systems, data pipelines, or internal platforms from development through production.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and enthusiasm for modern engineering best practices.
- Proximity to or willingness to work out of the Norwich Head Office, Unit 7.
