Responsibilities
- Support customers through evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and decision-making stages.
- Build and configure demonstration and proof-of-concept environments.
- Contribute to RFI and RFP responses by explaining business value and technical capabilities.
- Partner with Account Managers and Sales to understand customer objectives and position solutions.
- Own the technical aspects of deals through close and maintain relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
- Support partner and marketing activities, including events, webinars, workshops, and community forums.
- Provide market and customer feedback to product and technical teams.
- Represent the company through technical evangelism, thought leadership, content creation, speaking engagements, and networking.
- Deliver presentations to technical and executive audiences while translating complex concepts into business value.
- Support brand awareness and pipeline generation through market insights, customer success stories, and technical expertise.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with confidence engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are advantageous but not required.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
- Commercial mindset with an interest in sales and customer outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with adaptability and willingness to learn.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint Online.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and identity technologies such as Entra ID.
- Understanding of identity, access, and permissions management.
- Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, Active Directory, SMTP, and DHCP.
- Knowledge of data protection, backup, migration, and governance concepts.
- Understanding of SharePoint architecture and cloud or hybrid environments.
- Awareness of Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud is beneficial.
