Responsibilities
- Understand customer AI strategies and business-critical challenges and translate requirements into Celonis-based solutions.
- Build and code solutions within the Celonis platform using SQL, PQL, Python, and AI technologies.
- Rapidly prototype solutions during customer hackathons and support agentic process transformation.
- Execute end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects and align solutions with customers’ AI strategies.
- Present and quantify strategic business value to senior executives and support adoption and value realization.
- Specialize in relevant business domains or industries and model reusable best practices, collateral, and tools.
- Manage customer accounts and remain involved until agreed value and adoption thresholds are reached.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics or Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
- Excellent academic performance.
- Extensive internship experience or 1–2 years of full-time work experience, ideally combining business and technology.
- Understanding of generative AI techniques including RAG, few-shot learning, prompt/context engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning.
- Good knowledge of Python, common ML libraries, and data engineering tools and technologies.
- Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, customer-facing, presentation, organizational, communication, and learning skills.
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
- Foundational business acumen and domain knowledge, such as Supply Chain.
- Preferred qualifications include technical and business education, customer-facing or sales experience, technical Proof-of-Concept experience, hands-on agentic system development, LLM orchestration, RAG, function calling, prompt engineering, LLM ecosystem tools, Supply Chain experience, ROI/TCO modeling, and SAP or Oracle experience.
