Responsibilities
- Discover customer AI strategies, business challenges, and requirements to identify suitable Celonis solutions.
- Rapidly prototype AI solutions during customer hackathons using generative AI and related technologies.
- Support customers in deploying autonomous AI agents and achieving measurable process transformation outcomes.
- Execute end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects tailored to customer AI strategies.
- Specialize in selected business domains or industries and develop reusable best practices, collateral, and tools.
- Present and quantify strategic business value to senior executives and remain engaged until agreed adoption and value thresholds are reached.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics or Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
- Excellent academic performance and extensive internship experience or 1–2 years of full-time work experience, ideally at the intersection of business and technology.
- Understanding of generative AI techniques including RAG, few-shot learning, prompt/context engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, and fine-tuning.
- Good knowledge of Python, common ML libraries, and data engineering tools and technologies.
- Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, communication, presentation, organizational, and customer-centric skills.
- Fluency in German and English is required, along with foundational business acumen and domain understanding such as Supply Chain.
- Preferred qualifications include customer-facing or sales experience, technical Proof-of-Concept work, agentic system development, LLM orchestration, RAG, function calling, prompt engineering, LLM ecosystem tools, Supply Chain process experience, ROI/TCO modeling, and SAP or Oracle experience.
