Responsibilities
- Develop, troubleshoot, debug, and enhance applications while creating scalable automation frameworks using Python, PySpark, SQL, and NoSQL.
- Build automation frameworks and test suites across cloud and big data technologies.
- Develop generative AI automation solutions using AI/ML frameworks.
- Create and maintain test plans, procedures, scripts, and product-level integration tests.
- Implement, execute, and debug automated test scripts and perform manual testing across service functionalities.
- Collaborate with quality and development engineers to maintain scalable continuous build and deployment pipelines.
- Deploy application components through CI/CD pipelines and build monitoring and automation utilities.
- Research software products and development tools and provide technical guidance, code reviews, testing support, and documentation.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of applicable software engineering experience.
- Experience with cloud and big data automation testing, Python, PySpark, machine learning, SQL, Hive, Databricks, Airflow, UI and service testing, and performance testing.
- Hands-on experience creating scalable cloud test automation frameworks and API/microservice automation.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
- Experience with cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure, and with UI and service functional validation.
- Experience with Selenium, TestNG, Java, LoadRunner or JMeter, GitHub, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Docker is preferred.
- Experience with AI/ML validation frameworks, retail, software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, learning, collaboration, and English communication skills.
