Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases for unit, functional, integration, system, regression, performance, and other quality-testing activities.
- Manage defects, validate fixes, analyze test results, and produce testing metrics.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and ensure ServiceNow solutions meet quality standards.
- Guide stakeholders through user acceptance testing and document test-case execution.
- Review designs and testing scenarios, troubleshoot functional and technical issues, support releases and upgrades, and contribute to ServiceNow configuration and customization.
- Collaborate with development teams, business teams, customers, stakeholders, and geographically distributed onshore and offshore teams.
- Lead assignments or teams, mentor others, and support team development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of IT experience, including at least 4 years of ServiceNow experience.
- Strong GRC knowledge and functional knowledge of ServiceNow Security Operations, Vulnerability Response, Integrated Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, and Third-Party Risk Management.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Security Operations and Vulnerability Response, including integrations with Prisma Cloud and Qualys.
- Experience with defect-tracking, test-case management, and regression-test automation tools.
- Experience with SDLC and STLC processes, client-requirement analysis, system design, and test-case design.
- Knowledge of relational databases including MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and Oracle.
- Strong knowledge of software-testing techniques, testing strategies, defect management, GRC concepts, policies, and compliance areas.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, presentation, stakeholder-management, and leadership skills.
- ServiceNow module certifications and knowledge of security domains are preferred.
