Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and align with architecture and technology roadmaps.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, code review, and guidance to project teams and developers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and architects to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
- Create client proofs of concept and lead solution meetings with customers.
- Establish and enforce governance, security, compliance, and best-practice processes.
- Maintain platform expertise and apply new Salesforce features to improve business processes.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, its features, functionality, and integrations, with experience designing and implementing complex solutions.
- Salesforce Technical Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect certification.
- At least 4 years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills and fluent English.
- EU citizenship and availability to start within 1 to 3 months of receiving an offer.
- Business acumen, leadership skills, mentoring ability, industry expertise, and interest in innovation are desired.
