Responsibilities
- Partner with AEs and Solution Architects to deliver tailored platform demonstrations.
- Manage proof-of-concept engagements and respond to RFI/RFP requests.
- Collaborate with Customer Success for seamless solution delivery.
- Design, deploy, and maintain virtual and physical lab environments.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for environment provisioning.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure demo content reflects current product capabilities.
- Maintain documentation and troubleshooting guides for demo setup.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in systems engineering or presales.
- Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools like Ansible and Terraform.
- Experience with APIM and integration platforms such as Boomi and Mulesoft.
- Basic scripting skills in Python, Ruby, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Experience managing cloud-based resources like AWS EC2 and Azure VM.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Preferred experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
