Base Salary
$87k - $198k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and support ServiceNow low-code/no-code solutions from platform vision through production-ready implementation.
- Create user-friendly solutions, architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices for clients.
- Use JavaScript, HTML, CSS, databases, cloud tools, and automation to support cloud modernization and reduce system maintenance and development costs.
- Collaborate with teams and advise clients by translating IT needs and future goals into technical plans.
- Support management and improvement of low-code development platforms and ServiceNow development tools and modules.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with JavaScript.
- At least 1 year of experience with HTML and CSS.
- Experience with ServiceNow development tools and modules.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and management.
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Preferred qualifications include UI/UX scripting, additional ServiceNow development and System Admin experience, SQL, Jira, requirements management, RTM platforms, ServiceNow HRSD, REST and SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or ServiceNow CIS—Human Resources Certification.
- Experience in computer science and strong verbal, written communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills are preferred.
