Responsibilities
- Design, lead, and supervise complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions in project and industrialized delivery environments.
- Coordinate development teams technically, provide architectural direction, and support design and critical implementation decisions.
- Contribute hands-on to core solution components, integrations, and complex technical topics.
- Define and apply enterprise development and architectural patterns for scalability, maintainability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Delivery Leads, and Service Managers to ensure technical quality, consistency, and adherence to delivery standards.
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Improve technical standards, guidelines, reusable assets, and delivery accelerators.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
- Proven experience technically coordinating teams and guiding resources with different levels of seniority.
- Knowledge of enterprise and cloud development and architectural patterns.
- Strong problem-solving skills in complex, high-pressure environments.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with business and IT project stakeholders.
- Proven integration experience including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, real-time and batch integrations, and heterogeneous or legacy systems.
- Experience working on complex projects, with leadership, communication, and results-oriented capabilities.
