Responsibilities
- Design, lead, and technically supervise complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Coordinate development teams, guide architecture, support design decisions, and assist during critical implementation phases.
- Directly implement core components, integrations, and technically complex solution areas.
- Define and apply development and architectural patterns for scalability, maintainability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Delivery Leads, and Service Managers to ensure technical quality and consistency.
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
- Improve technical standards, guidelines, reusable assets, and Factory accelerators.
- Support integrations involving Azure services, real-time and batch processing, and heterogeneous or legacy systems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience designing and implementing solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
- Solid experience technically coordinating teams and leading resources with varied levels of seniority.
- Knowledge of enterprise and cloud development and architectural patterns.
- Proven integration experience, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, real-time and batch integrations, and heterogeneous or legacy systems.
- Experience working on complex projects and strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure contexts.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with business and IT stakeholders.
- Passion for technology and innovation, leadership, and results orientation.
