Responsibilities
- Work on enterprise-level Salesforce development tasks and solve business problems through coding and configuration.
- Develop Salesforce solutions using Salesforce coding languages and low-code tools such as Flow.
- Provide direction and consulting on Salesforce security, approval processes, defensive programming, and testing.
- Support platform ownership, release management, integrations, reporting, dashboard development, and data quality audits.
- Provide Tier 3 support to administrators and power users and answer standard process and how-to questions.
- Lead Salesforce training for administrators and business analysts and present new functionality and completed work.
- Collaborate with Salesforce professionals to deliver projects and enhancements.
- Maintain functional knowledge of the business’s current technology and infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Sales Cloud Consultant certifications are required; advanced certifications are preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud in a Lightning-enabled environment, or a combination of both.
- Experience with Salesforce.com integration solutions, including SOAP API, REST API, services, and Bulk API.
- Experience participating in release management using change sets or third-party applications such as Copado, Autorabit, Gearset, or Blue Canvas.
- Experience with Communities, Agentforce, and Data Cloud is preferred.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence is preferred.
- Ability to manage and prioritize engineering decisions, meet deadlines, and deliver demos or presentations to small groups.
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodology.
