Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered systems that synthesize, prioritize, and route customer feedback.
- Build dashboards and data pipelines showing bug volume, quality trends, severity, and product-area performance.
- Create intelligent bug-intake and triage systems that generate well-written, prioritized bug reports.
- Build integrations across ticketing, payment, CRM, and data-warehouse tools.
- Partner with domain specialists and support engineers to identify problems and ship internal solutions quickly.
Requirements
- Experience delivering impactful technical projects and systems cross-functionally.
- Experience building internal tools, developer platforms, or operations infrastructure.
- Strong full-stack engineering skills, including ownership from database through user interface.
- Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and analytics tooling.
- Deep product knowledge of Cursor and AI-assisted development workflows.
- Experience integrating third-party platforms such as ticketing systems, payment processors, and CRMs.
- Strong ownership, bias for action, curiosity, creativity, and willingness to reduce manual work.
