Base Salary

$89k - $134k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Research and develop approaches and countermeasures for emerging security threats to wireless systems.
  • Design and build prototypes demonstrating advanced capabilities.
  • Perform functional and security assessments of wireless systems and implementations.
  • Develop software to interface with and control laboratory equipment for data collection, measurement, and analysis.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field.
  • Less than one year of related experience.
  • Experience designing software in Python, C, C++, or Rust for PCs and embedded systems.
  • Familiarity with communications, networking, or signal-processing concepts.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Preferred qualifications include an MS or PhD and familiarity with software-defined radio, wireless communications protocol stacks, cryptography and security concepts, protocol reverse engineering, vulnerability assessment, or AI model development and training.
