Responsibilities
- Act as a Senior SME and Technical Lead for SAP Business Data Cloud and SAP Datasphere.
- Design and implement scalable end-to-end data and analytics solutions using SAP BDC and SAP Datasphere.
- Drive SAP BDC Data Product consumption, integration, and extension scenarios.
- Own solution design across data acquisition, replication, transformation, modeling, semantic modeling, and consumption.
- Lead migration assessments and target-state designs for SAP Datasphere and SAP BDC.
- Resolve complex data integration, modeling, authorization, and performance issues.
- Establish development, modeling, architecture, and governance best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, design reviews, mentoring, estimations, and implementation guidance to project teams.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in SAP Analytics.
- At least two years of relevant hands-on experience with SAP Business Data Cloud or SAP Datasphere.
- Proficiency in SAP BDC and SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Strong understanding of SAP BDC Data Products and their integration and consumption scenarios.
- Strong experience integrating SAP source systems and architecting enterprise data solutions.
- Hands-on implementation and solution architecture experience.
- Ability to independently drive architecture, solution design, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and technical decisions.
- Experience leading complex end-to-end technical workstreams and providing technical leadership across teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud and understanding of SAP CDS Views and SAP data extraction concepts are preferred.
- Experience with enterprise analytics, reusable data models, semantic layers, data governance, or SAP BW/BW4HANA modernization is preferred.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
