Responsibilities
- Lead the team and AI-enhanced development process for client software projects.
- Develop, design, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software solutions.
- Deliver software solutions in collaboration with clients and guide their AI adoption.
- Improve AI adoption across the software development lifecycle and resolve bottlenecks.
- Work in agile customer project teams and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Coach colleagues, share knowledge, and support the development of software teams.
Requirements
- Relevant university program completed.
- Profound knowledge of both frontend and backend development.
- Experience with established frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Experience with backend frameworks such as Spring Boot or Express.
- Proficiency in one or more Java-environment languages—Java, Kotlin, Scala, or Clojure—or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Basic understanding of software architectures, cloud-native development, and containerization with Docker or Kubernetes.
- Active use of AI-powered tools such as code assistants and LLM-based workflows.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Willingness to coach colleagues, share knowledge, and support AI adoption across software teams.

- Annual gross salary of €75,000–€95,000, depending on assessed seniority.
