Responsibilities
- Build and ship features for Clera’s agentic system that automates the headhunting process end to end.
- Own projects from concept through deployment and transition rapidly built code toward scale and quality when appropriate.
- Work directly with the CTO, co-founder, and engineering team while shipping to production daily.
- Talk with customers and iterate on the product based on feedback.
- Help shape Clera’s technical direction and marketplace as a founding engineer.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
- Strong practical experience working with AI and ideally experience with LLM APIs.
- Experience coding with AI tools such as Cursor is preferred.
- High agency, resourcefulness, and a startup mindset with a focus on creating value.
- Willingness to work intensively and take full ownership of projects.
