Responsibilities
- Design and own architectures for AI-enhanced software products using cloud services and frameworks such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and LangChain.
- Apply LLMs, cognitive services, NLP APIs, and related technologies to solve complex customer problems in production.
- Lead workshops and technical discussions with product managers, designers, and customer stakeholders.
- Architect scalable data pipelines and APIs for intelligent features and take full technical ownership of delivery.
- Guide, coach, and develop engineers while shaping applied AI engineering practices.
- Represent the company’s applied AI expertise through customer relationships, knowledge-sharing, and community engagement.
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on and architectural software engineering experience with technologies such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Proven independent experience applying AI services in production, including LLMs, NLP APIs, or cognitive services.
- Experience designing and deploying AI-driven features at production scale on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong understanding of data processing, APIs, and SQL and NoSQL databases, with independent architectural decision-making ability.
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop engineers and take responsibility for team delivery and satisfaction.
- Confidence representing the company independently in customer-facing technical discussions.
- Fluency in German and English.
