Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers and developers to create solutions using Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform.
- Administer, troubleshoot, and enhance SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Respond to support requests, diagnose common issues, and communicate solutions to users.
- Work with business users to understand requirements and develop custom applications and workflows.
- Research Microsoft 365 technologies and features, contribute to application development, and document support processes.
- Participate in professional development sessions, networking activities, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects, and final presentations.
Requirements
- Be a rising senior currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree at an accredited college or university.
- Have an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Maintain a current-program GPA of at least 3.0.
- Be authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions or future sponsorship needs.
- Be able to travel locally to internship development events and activities.
- Preferred qualifications include Python or PowerShell experience or coursework, familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications, and exposure to SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, low-code/no-code platforms, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or technology projects.
- Demonstrate problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and end-user interaction skills.
