$146k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and review technical designs for Salesforce custom development, integrations, and data migrations with attention to security, performance, and maintainability.
- Evaluate Salesforce Flow, Agentforce, Einstein AI, and other Salesforce capabilities and recommend adoption paths that create measurable business value.
- Design, build, and govern Salesforce integrations with adjacent systems using Workato.
- Lead complex multi-quarter initiatives end to end, including architecture, scoping, risk assessment, timeline management, and tradeoff communication.
- Partner with Engineering, Sales, Legal, Operations, Finance, and Revenue stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Mentor Salesforce engineers through architecture guidance, design reviews, pairing, documentation, and career development support.
- Set the strategic direction for Salesforce, Ironclad, CPQ, and adjacent Revenue systems.
- Own CPQ architecture and cross-system contract lifecycle strategy across CLM, CRM, and data platforms, including pricing data models, contract alignment, downstream reporting, auditability, and compliance.
Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent four-year degree, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of expert-level Salesforce.com experience in complex enterprise organizations.
- 4+ years of development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flow.
- 2+ years of experience building and maintaining Workato or comparable iPaaS integrations, including recipe design, error handling, and documentation.
- Proficiency with Salesforce DevOps tooling such as Gearset or comparable CI/CD platforms, plus Salesforce DX and Git-based source control workflows.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce and Einstein AI and their applications to Revenue workflows.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience translating complex technical work for business stakeholders and leadership.
- Ability to build trusted working relationships across Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Revenue teams.
- Experience with Clay or comparable data enrichment and go-to-market workflow automation platforms is preferred but not required.
- Core Pardot experience.
- 5+ years of expert-level Salesforce CPQ proficiency.
- 2+ years of experience configuring Ironclad or comparable CLM tools, plus an Ironclad CLM Core Administration badge or equivalent CLM certification.
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I and II, and/or Salesforce CPQ Specialist certifications.
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, solve business problems, and streamline workflows.
