Base Salary
$78k - $176k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical support for customers using a Kubernetes-based platform, including troubleshooting application and infrastructure issues.
- Respond to customer support requests through calls and chat.
- Guide customers through onboarding, deployment, and application development workflows.
- Build and maintain DevSecOps pipelines using open-source technologies.
- Use Terraform and Terragrunt for Infrastructure-as-Code, configuration management, and infrastructure provisioning.
- Troubleshoot, triage, and resolve CI/CD pipeline failures or performance issues.
- Develop, deploy, and manage AWS cloud applications and Kubernetes-based applications.
- Work with application development teams across the software development life cycle and promote DevOps processes, tools, and roles.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience developing tools and processes that advance DevOps or DevSecOps maturity, including Terraform and Terragrunt Infrastructure-as-Code solutions.
- At least 4 years of experience troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving CI/CD pipeline failures or slowness.
- At least 4 years of experience developing, deploying, and managing cloud applications, including AWS.
- At least 2 years of experience deploying and managing applications within Kubernetes.
- Experience developing multi-tenant enterprise cloud-native solutions.
- Experience collaborating with application development teams across the software development life cycle.
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Ability to obtain Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC certification within 6 months of starting.
- Preferred experience includes Bash, Python, Groovy, Golang, Kubernetes Operators, Rancher, RKE2, ArgoCD, Grafana, Elasticsearch, Jenkins, or GitLab Runners.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Developer certification and existing Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC certification are preferred.
