Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Translate business stakeholder and customer end-user needs into technical requirements for new or enhanced software applications.
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish technical vision and evaluate usability and performance tradeoffs.
- Design and develop new functions or improve existing application functionality and processes.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Create requirements specifications, test scripts, user guides, and help files.
- Perform quality assurance testing of software releases against stated requirements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot software application issues for end users.
- Support implementation and maintenance of SAP enterprise software solutions.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required because the role requires access to customer data.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Experience working as a consultant with intelligence customers as part of a team.
- Experience with enterprise software or cloud applications such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, or Google.
- Ability to communicate effectively and learn new software, cloud applications, and information technology concepts.
