Responsibilities
- Identify and solve clients' challenges with innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with account and delivery leads on business development activities.
- Produce solution design documents and blueprints for system integration.
- Design and implement end-to-end solutions from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on product capabilities and integration processes.
- Build a customer-centric practice focused on exceptional client experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Technologies or Solution Architecture.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing MarTech solutions for multinational clients.
- Experience with Adobe, Marketo, Oracle, and Salesforce.com solutions preferred.
- Knowledge of Generative AI and AI-assisted development tools is required.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and database modeling is essential.
- Proficiency in Thai and English is a must.
