Responsibilities
- Manage stakeholders to design business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead the implementation of CRM business flow for Strategic Partnerships from end to end.
- Communicate how solutions align with business requirements and provide product demonstrations.
- Perform code reviews and offer constructive feedback on technical workflows.
- Design and create reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience developing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Proficient in Salesforce flows, profiles, permissions, workflows, and data migration techniques.
- Knowledgeable in all levels of the SDLC and testing phases.
- Experience with writing intermediate to advanced queries in relational databases.
- Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and Web Services (REST, SOAP).
