Responsibilities
- Support production and non-production Salesforce environments for the Artemis clinical artwork tool.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components in Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud.
- Support Salesforce integrations with Veeva using MuleSoft, including job monitoring, log review, troubleshooting, and issue triage.
- Resolve routine support tickets and defects, communicate updates to stakeholders, and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Participate in proof-of-concept activities and explore emerging AI/ML use cases under supervision.
- Support single sign-on, workflow configuration, electronic-signature capabilities, code reviews, and peer reviews.
- Work with cybersecurity, compliance, validation, and security teams on vulnerabilities, audits, governance, and regulated-environment requirements.
- Participate in Agile planning and team ceremonies while following coding, maintainability, scalability, performance, security, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, information technology, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform, Aura or Lightning Web Components, and core Salesforce configuration.
- Experience supporting MuleSoft integrations and troubleshooting connections or data flows between Salesforce and external systems such as Veeva.
- Experience with Visualforce, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and single sign-on integrations using Okta or Microsoft Entra.
- Preferred Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Administrator, App Builder, and SAFe Agile certifications.
- Preferred experience with electronic signatures, supply chain or clinical supply chain, validated environments, and GXP processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot routine issues, collaborate with distributed cross-functional teams, manage assigned work with guidance, and operate in regulated environments.
