Responsibilities
- Build and maintain core Flutter app components, design systems, state management, performance, and tooling.
- Develop AI and agentic infrastructure, including MCP servers, background agent systems, evaluations, and feedback loops.
- Improve CI/CD, release tooling, and engineering feedback workflows.
- Ship user-facing features alongside platform improvements.
- Maintain a reliable technical foundation for other engineers.
Requirements
- Two to four years of production experience building mobile applications with Flutter and Dart or building web applications.
- Daily, fluent use of agentic coding tools and understanding of their strengths, limitations, and workarounds.
- Strong academic background from a well-regarded university or equivalent institution.
- Clear English communication skills and interest in improving engineering systems and workflows.
- Attention to design details such as spacing, animation, and component consistency.
- Interest in mobile foundations, AI infrastructure, developer experience, and user-facing product work.
Benefits
- Base salary of €80,000 to €110,000 annually.
- On-site work in Berlin, Germany.
