Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and maintain AI agent tools, skills, commands, prompts, structured output contracts, error handling, and evaluation methods.
- Develop React and TypeScript interfaces, extensions, plugins, integrations, reusable application templates, and internal developer tooling.
- Improve developer experience through feedback, clear error messages, reliable defaults, streamlined workflows, and self-service capabilities.
- Implement quality gates including type checking, linting, automated testing, and build validation.
- Apply containerization and runtime standards and collaborate with platform engineers on infrastructure, CI/CD, and deployment integrations.
- Monitor platform usage, identify friction points, improve agent effectiveness, and document technical decisions, platform capabilities, and workflows.
Requirements
- Solid foundation in application architecture, software engineering, and modern development practices.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing AI agents, including tools, skills, commands, and prompt engineering.
- Experience systematically evaluating AI agent behavior with defined criteria, test cases, and supporting evidence.
- Experience with React and TypeScript, modern frontend development patterns, and build tooling.
- Experience building reusable application templates, developer tools, internal platforms, or self-service engineering capabilities.
- Knowledge of automated testing, type checking, linting, build validation, and software-quality practices.
- Familiarity with containerization, application runtime environments, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD concepts, and deployment workflows.
- Strong technical English skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, independence, and ownership of technical outcomes.
- Preferred experience includes Python, plugins or integrations for AI-powered development environments, structured agent interfaces, typed outputs, AI evaluation frameworks, observability, security governance, cloud-native architectures, and developer productivity tooling.
