Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to sales teams to close deals and win customers.
- Conduct customer-tailored presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept.
- Collaborate with sales, channel, marketing, and cross-functional teams on customer engagement.
- Deliver technical sales solutions and support customer adoption and proper software utilization.
- Plan and execute customer visits to identify business opportunities.
- Maintain knowledge of core products, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Facilitate team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Achieve performance metrics tied to sales targets and customer engagement.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in technical presales, systems engineering, solution architecture, or a related customer-facing technology role.
- Demonstrated success supporting large enterprises and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Hands-on technical aptitude and adaptability to market demands.
- Deep expertise in virtualization, storage, AI, Kubernetes, cloud technologies, and modern infrastructure architectures.
- Ability to engage and influence CIOs, CTOs, Chief Architects, and line-of-business leaders.
- Ability to work independently and partner effectively with sales and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and technical credibility skills.
- Fluency in English and Turkish.
