Responsibilities
- Contribute to technical specifications, call flows, backend interfaces, and class-level designs for Pandora and SiriusXM mobile applications.
- Modify native iOS application code and create proof-of-concept applications as needed.
- Collaborate with mobile client developers and senior team members on implementation and task breakdowns.
- Troubleshoot pre-production and post-production issues.
- Own mobile software coding standards, code reviews, and related documentation.
- Use automated testing and participate in the mobile client development process.
- Stay current with mobile application frameworks, technologies, and industry developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or another technical field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience implementing iOS mobile applications.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Swift.
- Familiarity with web services, HTTP, and service-oriented architecture.
- Basic understanding of MVC or MVVM design patterns, responsive and adaptive native mobile UI development, and database and data persistence fundamentals.
- Strong object-oriented design and coding skills and a good understanding of Swift and iOS frameworks.
- Experience with Agile software development and effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Legal right to work in Ireland.
