Responsibilities
- Contribute to technical specifications for Pandora and SiriusXM native iOS applications.
- Collaborate with the mobile client development team and define interfaces between mobile clients and backend services.
- Develop and modify mobile application software and create proof-of-concept applications when needed.
- Facilitate troubleshooting of pre-production and post-production issues.
- Own mobile software development coding standards, code reviews, and related documentation.
- Participate in the Agile development process and help generate task breakdowns with senior team members.
- Stay current with mobile application frameworks, technologies, and industry developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or another technical field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least two years of hands-on experience implementing iOS mobile applications.
- At least two years of hands-on experience with Swift.
- Familiarity with web services, HTTP, service-oriented architecture, MVC and/or MVVM, native mobile UI development, databases, and data persistence.
- Good understanding of Swift and iOS frameworks, plus strong object-oriented design and coding skills.
- Experience with Agile software development and effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have the legal right to work in Ireland.
