Responsibilities
- Architect solutions across the technology stack to enhance product experiences.
- Oversee the design and execution of team projects.
- Mentor engineers and help develop future engineering leaders.
- Build new, reliable services and improve existing systems.
- Partner with management to create and prioritize the team roadmap.
- Shape team culture and recruit senior engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a backend or backend-leaning full-stack engineer.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies for debugging purposes.
- Experience with Go, Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
