Base Salary
$185k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect solutions across the technology stack and work on critical product roadmap projects
- Build new reliable services and improve existing systems for performance, reliability, security, and developer usability
- Partner with managers and product teams to create roadmaps, prioritize work, and ship projects to production
- Write and review code while staying close to the systems owned by the team
- Mentor engineers and help develop the next generation of full-stack engineering leaders
- Contribute to recruiting leadership and senior engineers and help shape team operations and culture
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a backend or backend-leaning full-stack engineer
- Familiarity with frontend development, including the ability to debug frontend issues as needed
- Familiarity with Go, Node.js, TypeScript, and React
- Ability to architect solutions, own technical roadmaps, and build highly reliable, performant, and secure services
- Interest in mentoring engineers and contributing to recruiting and team development
