Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans for end-to-end functionality, backend APIs, and conversational interfaces.
- Design and implement automation frameworks for Slack and Microsoft Teams assistant applications and their web integrations.
- Drive quality standards and testing strategies for backend and collaboration application integrations.
- Participate in design and architecture discussions and align test strategies with business goals.
- Continuously improve testing methodologies and tools for backend APIs and collaboration platform integrations.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of software testing experience focused on backend API testing and automation.
- Strong Java experience and knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
- Experience with automation tools and frameworks for Slack and Microsoft Teams applications.
- Proven ability to test RESTful and GraphQL APIs and assess their performance.
- Experience developing UI test frameworks and automating tests for collaboration assistant applications and API integrations.
- Familiarity with code editors such as Cursor.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
