Responsibilities

Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Guide clients toward Salesforce platform best practices.
Design and implement Salesforce solutions using programmatic and point-and-click tools.
Design and create integration logic using REST and SOAP.
Analyze, debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical Salesforce challenges.
Support implementations across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ.
Guide and mentor younger team members.
Continuously develop expertise on the Salesforce platform.
Work in an Agile/Hybrid environment and travel within the EU as needed.

Technical university degree, minimum Bachelor's level.
Extended knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
Advanced hands-on programmatic development experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript ES6, and HTML, plus basic CSS.
Knowledge of REST and SOAP integrations.
Experience with or willingness to learn version control and CI/CD setup using Git.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
A collaborative attitude and willingness to share knowledge.
Working proficiency in English.
Willingness to travel within the EU.
