Responsibilities
- Support software design, development, integration, testing, and operational maintenance of highly available enterprise-level web services.
- Develop services that support Attribute-Based Access Control by returning attributes and access decisions.
- Integrate web services with a COTS LDAP directory, other microservices, and software libraries.
- Communicate architecture and design concepts and produce technical documentation, including wiki sites, blogs, XML, and HTML.
- Work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer engineering, computer science, or a related field is required, with an additional four years of software engineering experience permitted as a degree substitute for a total of 12 years of experience.
- At least eight years of software engineering experience is required.
- At least three years of work experience in SIGINT, IA, or IT domains is required.
- Desired qualifications include automated UI testing with Selenium or Mocha, familiarity with ICAM standards such as NIST 800-63-3 and FIPS 201-2, encryption and PKI, AWS or Azure security functions, user experience design, Section 508 accessibility testing, JUnit or Mockito testing frameworks, and Linux environments.
- AWS Professional or Specialty certification or Microsoft Azure certification is desired.
- Strong oral and written communication, organization, time management, multitasking, and independent-work skills are desired.
