Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end quality for incoming features from requirements refinement through deployment and production monitoring.
- Define test strategies and build, execute, and maintain API and end-to-end automation frameworks using Java, Kotlin, RestAssured, and Spring Boot.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
- Plan and execute performance and load testing to identify bottlenecks and validate availability under peak loads.
- Use Datadog to monitor pre-production and production behavior, metrics, and defects.
- Create and manage test plans, execution reports, and traceability using Jira and Zephyr Scale.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to identify quality risks early in the development process.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Quality Engineering or Software Testing.
- Hands-on experience with RestAssured and the Spring Boot ecosystem for API automation.
- Experience designing end-to-end test suites and performing performance or load testing.
- Practical experience with GitHub Actions, Postman, Zephyr Scale, Jira, and Datadog.
- A shift-left quality mindset and ability to identify issues during requirements phases.
- Fluent English communication skills and the ability to explain quality risks and technical concepts to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Preferred experience with AI-assisted testing tools such as Open Code, Claude Code, Kiro, or Lumen.
- Preferred familiarity with the AI Development Life Cycle and testing AI/LLM-integrated applications.
- Preferred understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, microservices architectures, and messaging systems such as Kafka and SQS.
