Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Establish and enforce development standards for code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert and make decisions for the team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor team members and support their technical and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate and deliver software components.
- Design scalable and high-performance blockchain-based solutions and integrate blockchain platforms with enterprise systems.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in blockchain technology.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in blockchain technology.
- Experience with distributed ledger frameworks and smart contract development.
- Strong understanding of cryptographic principles and security best practices in blockchain environments.
- Familiarity with consensus algorithms and decentralized application architectures.
- Ability to design scalable, high-performance blockchain solutions.
- Knowledge of integration techniques between blockchain platforms and existing enterprise systems.
