Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design and development while making technical and team decisions.
- Establish and enforce development standards supporting consistency, quality, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams and provide solutions applicable across teams.
- Coordinate stakeholders to maintain a cohesive technical strategy and drive project success.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Design integrations and solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong knowledge of IT service management principles and best practices.
- Experience designing scalable, high-performance software architectures.
- Ability to lead technical teams and manage complex software development projects.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow integration techniques and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on practical and innovative solutions.
