Responsibilities
- Develop and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Service Workspace and Contact Center solutions.
- Configure session templates, app tabs, agent scripts, case management, entitlements, queues, routing rules, knowledge management, Smart Assist, SLA management, and Unified Routing.
- Develop and deploy plugins, custom workflows, and web resources using C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Design and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys, including segments, customer journeys, marketing emails, SMS campaigns, push notifications, and event registrations.
- Configure omnichannel voice, chat, SMS, and social channels using Channel Integration Framework.
- Implement consent, compliance, marketing forms, landing pages, web behavioral tracking, and engagement analytics.
- Integrate external systems using Azure Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, and APIs.
- Develop Power Automate flows for process automation and approvals.
- Apply Dynamics 365 security models including Business Units, Security Roles, Field-Level Security, and Access Teams.
- Enable Copilot and AI capabilities for agent productivity and customer insights.
- Use Git and Azure DevOps for version control, branching, and source code management.
- Implement unit tests for plugins, web resources, and function apps.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Requirements
- B.E. or B.Tech degree.
- 1–2 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory skills in CRM and DevOps.
- Experience with C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Dynamics 365, Azure integrations, and Power Automate is required by the described responsibilities.
- Knowledge of unit testing with FakeXrmEasy or MSTest is preferred by the role description.
