Responsibilities

Influence and guide the adoption of standards and processes across development teams.
Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations.
Implement solutions for automation of application build, test, deployment, configuration management, and orchestration.
Implement DevOps pipeline tools in support of vertical team’s needs.
Document DevOps processes, procedures, and environments.
Support Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Deployment (CD) and DevOps transformation initiatives.
Contribute to developing best practices for infrastructure as code and CI/CD tools.
Work with development and Infrastructure Teams on building/packaging/deployment processes.

6-11 years of experience in software development and DevOps.
B.Tech/MCA educational qualification.
Strong coding skills in at least one programming language.
Ability to build custom tools and scripts to automate tasks.
Experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD processes using tools like Git, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication skills and ability to train team members.
Hands-on knowledge of Helm and Kubernetes ecosystem.
