Responsibilities
- Partner with project managers and implementation teams to plan and execute development implementation tasks aligned with client objectives.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, gather and document requirements, assess feasibility, and translate business needs into solution designs and specifications.
- Architect scalable, secure, and performant custom solutions using development tools and technical modalities.
- Perform coding, testing, debugging, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting for custom solution issues.
- Demonstrate expertise in at least one solution application and use multiple functionalities, tools, and modalities for customization.
- Communicate directly with clients about request feasibility, tailored solutions, technical challenges, and scope adherence.
- Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, recommendations, and project risk mitigations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 4–6 years of relevant work experience.
- Programming and software development experience across the software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, debugging, and delivery of technical solutions.
- Experience with SQL development and database querying.
- Experience developing applications with C#.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and GitHub.
- Experience building and supporting web services and Web APIs.
- Ability to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and create solution designs and specifications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and solve complex business and technical challenges directly with customers.
- Preferred experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude or GitHub Copilot.
- Preferred interest in emerging AI technologies and AI-enabled development workflows.
- Preferred experience in consulting, implementation, professional services, or other client-facing technical environments.
- Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed and comply with security policies.
