Responsibilities
- Design scalable, maintainable, and high-performing Salesforce and CLM solutions.
- Assess business processes and translate them into technical specifications, architecture diagrams, roadmaps, prototypes, and proofs of concept.
- Oversee Salesforce implementation, configuration, customization, and middleware integrations.
- Validate solutions through testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Ensure adherence to security, data governance, change management, and Salesforce architecture best practices.
- Mentor developers and administrators and lead technical teams with measurable growth outcomes.
- Monitor Salesforce releases and recommend relevant enhancements.
Requirements
- US citizenship is required due to federal customer contracts.
- Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce development tools including Apex APIs, triggers, classes, and web services, plus Visualforce and middleware integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflows.
- Strong background in security and data governance best practices and methodologies.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools for Salesforce, and Salesforce robotic testing tools.
- Proven experience mentoring or leading technical teams with measurable growth outcomes.
- Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Preferred: Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.
- Preferred: experience with CPQ, CLM, Revenue Cloud, or MuleSoft Development.
- Preferred: familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
