Base Salary
$153k - $184k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead complex data science and analytics projects for process improvement and predictive analytics.
- Guide less experienced team members in project execution.
- Develop data science models using disciplined software development processes.
- Define and implement data ingestion and governance for large datasets.
- Propose solutions for current capability improvements.
- Produce information products for data visualization and accessibility.
- Evaluate technical advances to enhance productivity and quality.
- Develop guidelines for analytics and machine learning model deployment.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members.
- Collaborate with other teams to design software units for products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 6+ years of experience, or a Master’s Degree with 3+ years of experience.
- Strong background in supervised, unsupervised, semi-supervised, and reinforcement learning algorithms.
- Experience in developing and testing machine learning or statistical projects.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
