Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, architect, develop, maintain, and optimize scalable web applications that integrate generative AI models.
- Develop frontend applications using modern web frameworks and backend services using Python, Node.js, FastAPI, or similar technologies.
- Deploy applications on cloud platforms and support government clients with data science and big-data solutions.
- Ingest, process, unify, enrich, cleanse, and analyze large and disparate datasets.
- Integrate AI models into web-based products and collaborate with AI/ML engineers to create intelligent user experiences.
- Build or recommend data platforms and solutions aligned with business requirements and outcomes.
- Write tests, participate in code reviews, and help ensure product quality and excellence.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and opportunities for improving data systems and solutions.
- Apply statistical modeling, data-driven decision-making, KPIs, and data science methods to solve client problems.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, clients, and decision-makers while explaining data science concepts and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
- At least 1–2+ years of experience with modern web development, including JavaScript or TypeScript.
- At least 1–2+ years of experience with backend development using Node.js, Python, FastAPI, or similar technologies.
- Experience integrating generative AI models into applications through APIs or fine-tuned models.
- Experience deploying applications on AWS, Azure, Vercel, or similar cloud platforms.
- Understanding of statistical modeling, ETL, data ingestion, data cleansing, and data engineering.
- Hands-on experience with big-data technologies in Hadoop, AWS, or Microsoft ecosystems.
- Preferred bachelor’s degree or higher in mathematics, information systems, statistics, computer science, or a related discipline.
- Preferred experience with vector databases, AI inference optimization, open-source AI and web projects, RAG, or model fine-tuning.
- Strong communication, listening, problem-solving, collaboration, and consensus-building skills.
- Ability to work in person as needed and travel 20–30% or more based on client and project needs.
Benefits
- Base salary is listed at $76,200–$125,500 in most U.S. geographic locations and $91,400–$142,600 in the New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California excluding Sacramento.

- The role follows a flexible hybrid model, with external client-serving employees generally working together in person 40–60% of the time during an engagement, project, or year.
- Work may occur at client, EY, or contractor sites, and travel beyond the assigned work location may be required.
