Base Salary
$112k - $124k/yr
Responsibilities
- Help define the role by building programs and automations for scalable use across AMER.
- Develop and A/B test enablement programs to drive user adoption and satisfaction.
- Execute demonstrations of new product features and conduct hands-on workshops.
- Focus on onboarding and increasing user retention by educating customers on best practices.
- Establish regular touchpoints to advise users on applying Dataiku to their business needs.
- Create self-sustaining enablement programs and document client use cases.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to identify expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- 0-1 years in sales engineering, technical consulting, or data science roles.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and build consensus with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong written and oral presentation skills tailored to various user levels.
- Public speaking skills to engage with all levels of customer teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% across the AMER region.
