Responsibilities
- Prepare and structure client-specific data according to requirements.
- Design and maintain messaging datasets for client demos and productions.
- Process and integrate data from third-party vendors.
- Represent Data Operations in client and product initiatives.
- Participate in daily data operations meetings.
- Document data pipelines and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with development teams for optimized data structures.
- Support data deployments using Octopus Deploy.
- Manage data flows from servers to Salesforce.
- Set up data configurations for new client implementations.
- Assist in developing automated data validation checks.
- Measure and track data-related KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a data-centric role.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with complex queries.
- Hands-on experience with data transformation using SQL or backend technologies.
- Experience with relational databases, preferably SQL Server.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with multi-environment data handling.
- Operational knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML and structured content.
- Exposure to continuous integration and deployment concepts.
- Experience with Salesforce or Veeva CRM data models is a plus.
- Knowledge of US Healthcare or Market Access data concepts is advantageous.
