Base Salary
$125k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Advise customers on GenAI and ML best practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor and build relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
- Give ML and LLM product demonstrations to technical and business audiences.
- Run strategic business reviews with customers in partnership with the sales team.
- Interface with the pre-sales engineering team to gather client goals and KPIs.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to influence the product roadmap.
- Spearhead new opportunities within existing accounts to drive expansions.
- Help customers become successful and enthusiastic Arize users.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or Engineer working with ML models or GenAI applications in production.
- Comfort working in public cloud environments including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of LLM and agentic frameworks such as LlamaIndex, LangGraph, and DSPy.
- Understanding of ML/DS concepts, model evaluation strategies, and the ML lifecycle, including feature generation, model training, model deployment, and batch and real-time scoring via REST APIs.
- Understanding of GenAI concepts and application evaluation and development lifecycles.
- Proficiency in a programming language such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Go.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Ability to learn independently and work through the complexity of production ML deployments.
- Customer-facing experience in roles such as Solutions Architect, Implementation Specialist, Sales Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, Consultant, or Professional Services is strongly preferred.
- Experience with applications deployed using Kubernetes is a bonus.
- Experience demonstrating technical products to business and technical audiences is a bonus.
